The Active Autowerke Downpipe Exhaust Upgrade is designed specifically for the BMW S58 engine found in the F97/F98 X3M and X4M models. It addresses the restrictive nature of the OEM downpipes to improve exhaust gas evacuation and turbocharger responsiveness.

  • TIG welded 304 stainless steel construction with 1.5mm wall thickness for strength and longevity

This downpipe system is engineered to optimize turbocharger efficiency by minimizing exhaust back pressure without sacrificing daily drivability. Intended for off-road and racing use, installation will result in a check engine light unless combined with an appropriate software upgrade from Active Autowerke.
