PRAISE FOR ENVY OF ANGELS

"Matt Wallace tells a raucous, riotous tale of culinary madness - a jaw-dropping horror-fantasy restaurateur Thunderdome that makes the 'monkey brain' scene in Temple of Doom look like something you'd see on Nickelodeon. It's like I dropped a heroic dose of acid and turned on the Food Network for eight hours. It's funny and demented and sticks in you like a pinbone. Matt Wallace writes like someone just jammed a needle full of adrenaline in his heart - and then, in yours. From this point forward, I'll read anything this guy writes." -- Chuck Wendig, author of Blackbirds and Zer0es

"No one makes me think, 'Dammit, I should have thought of that ' like Matt Wallace. The Sin du Jour series is something I read with equal amounts of envy and delight." -- Mur Lafferty, Campbell Award winning author of The Shambling Guide to New York City

"Envy of Angels is one of the most original urban fantasies I've read in a damn long time. Angels, demons and the New York restaurant scene. It doesn't get any weirder than this. Matt Wallace is an author to watch." -- Stephen Blackmoore, author of Dead Things and Broken Souls

"Envy of Angels is exactly the breath of fresh air I didn't know I needed: darkly funny, sweepingly inventive, and just plain fun to read. Every time I thought I got the hang of this book, the next turn took me someplace even more breathtakingly weird and wonderful. Buy it. DO IT NOW. It's the only way we can force him to write a dozen more of these " -- Andrea Phillips, author of Revision

Very noticeable white cast that almost looks like too light makeup
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1), Style: SPF 50 Stick
I like that this sunscreen stick is compact, easy to toss in a bag, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It glides on smoothly and feels less greasy than some mineral sunscreens I’ve tried. The SPF 50 protection also makes it convenient for quick touch-ups throughout the day, especially on the face and ears. The biggest downside for me is the noticeable white cast. While it’s easy to apply and feels gentle on sensitive skin, the white cast is very noticeable and hard to blend out. It left my face looking pale and chalky for hours, which made me self-conscious wearing it in public. I understand mineral sunscreens can leave some residue, but this one was much more visible than expected. It may work better for very fair skin tones or outdoor activities where appearance matters less, but I wouldn’t repurchase it for everyday use.

This is all I use and I hate putting stuff on my skin.
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1), Style: SPF 50 Stick
Perfect, I have one in pocket for reapplying as needed especially when my hands are disgusting. Just like the directions say it is also excellent for lips, nose and ears. You can massage it in if you mind the white cast. I like the white cast because that is what is protecting my skin from further damage. I found that when used as directed combined with the CETAPHIL Sheer Mineral Sunscreen Lotion it also protects my sensitive and extremely sun damaged skin from wind burn. Since I put it on thick it prevents the biting insects from getting to my skin. I only use on my face because I cover everything else with protective clothing. Rather have a white cast than permanent sun damage. It doesn't burn my skin like many other brands I've tried.

Easy application, moisturizing
Size: 0.5 Ounce (Pack of 1), Style: SPF 50 Stick
I love this product. It's so quick and easy to use! My face tends to get dry throughout the day but this is amazing for it! It only leaves a white cast if i put a lot on (usually if i go out for a run/hike). Other than that, i rub it in really well and my face feels moisturized and looks glowy. I highly recommend. It is very small but i only use it on my face so it has lasted me a while.

Essential daily protection to complete my routine
As part of my skincare routine focused on improving dark spots on my face, sunscreen is a must. The Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch SPF 70 has a smooth texture, a light and fresh scent, and feels comfortable on the skin. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a heavy or greasy finish, which makes it easy to use every day. I like how it protects my skin without altering my natural skin tone, making it a perfect final step in my routine. It complements my skincare well and helps me stay consistent with daily protection. The pack also includes three tubes, which is very convenient and practical.

This is the suntan lotion I’ll buy from now on.
Really nice suntan lotion. I brought it to a quick Florida trip in early summer. Very light compared to other products we have on hand. Not greasy. I plan to buy this in future once we run out. I also really liked the set of three 3oz containers which made it perfect for travel. I give this product 5 stars without hesitation.
