Zelkova serrata 'ZSMTF' ~ Hayven® ZelkovaHayven Zelkova is a fast growing deciduous tree with upward branches forming an oval crown and bark that exfoliates when mature. The thick dark green foliage is is lightly toothed and has a texture like sandpaper and turns russet red in fall. Insignificant green flowers in spring give way to non showy fruits in fall. Best color with full sun and rich, moist well drained soils. Drought tolerant once established and tolerates urban pollution. Type: Tree

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low Maintenance.  Water regularly. Wilt, necrosis, and canker may occur.  Potential pests include leaf miners, beetles, scale, and mites.
