Bột chiên hải sản (tempura) Calamari 300g - Bí quyết tạo nên sự thành công cho các món chiên, rán chuẩn Nhật.

Đây là loại bột chiên giòn đang được ưa thích trên thị trường hiện nay, được làm từ sự phối trộn giữa bột mì, tinh bột bắp, tinh bột khoai tây, bột tỏi, muối,...tạo nên lớp vỏ vàng, giòn rụm với vị mằn mặn vừa ăn.

Điểm đặc biệt của gói bột này chính là không thấm dầu và gây ngấy quá nhiều, quan trọng là vẫn giữ được độ giòn khá lâu, không bị mềm ỉu như một số sản phẩm khác, giúp bạn chế biến được nhiều món chiên, rán hấp dẫn.

Thích hợp dùng cho các món tempura hải sản như cá, tôm, mực và một số loại rau củ quả. Sản phẩm được đóng gói bịch 300g nhỏ gọn, dễ dàng bảo quản và sử dụng.

Thành phần: Bột mì 92%, tinh bột khoai tây, muối, tinh bột bắp, đường, chất điều vị (INS 621), chất tạo xốp (INS 500(i)), chất làm dày (INS 327), chất ổn định (INS450(i), INS341(i), INS1405), bột tỏi, tinh bột nghệ

Khối lượng tịnh: 300g/gói

Hướng dẫn bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát và tránh ánh nắng mặt trời

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: 

  • Lăn hải sản hoặc rau củ quả lên một lớp bột khô
  • Trộn 100g bột và 160g nước đá lạnh đến khi đều, mịn
  • Nhúng hải sản hoặc rau củ quả (đã tẩm bột khô) vào bột ướt đã chuẩn bị
  • Chiên ở nhiệt độ 175 độ C cho đến khi có màu vàng giòn
