The Culinaire® Under Bench Counter Line Bain Marie is designed to hold pre-heated food at the optimum temperature in Gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep.
Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time).
The Bain Marie comes ready for connection to hot water and waste with all valves supplied and fitted. The visual aspect of the unit is enhanced by the use of 10mm toughened glass on the gantry. Options: Radius well. Contact your Stoddart representative.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- This display is designed to be mounted under a custom made bench top of your choice (manufactured & fitted by others)
- Pans are recessed to minimize water condensation on surrounding bench top
- Double skinned air insulated on all sides to minimize heat to external panels
- Robust construction from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish
- Adjustable digital temperature controller allows food to be held between +65°C to +90°C (food must be heated above 65°C before being placed in bain marie)
- Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time)
- Fitted with 10mm thick toughened glass gantry with overhead Quartz IR heat lamps to provide heat and illumination to the product below
- Gantry is detachable and height adjustable for ease of installation. To be connected by an electrician
- Individual On/Off switches to operate bain marie and overhead gantry heat lamps
- Overhead heat lamps are fully adjustable via a solid-state voltage controller for accurate temperature selection
- Water inlet at opposite end to drain for ease of cleaning
- Ready for connection to hot water inlet and waste, valves supplied loose for onsite connection to services
- Suits gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).

A notebook that stands up extremely well to bad weather and harsh working conditions

Now that I've used this notebook, I can't see myself using any other kind. I travel a lot and need a notebook with me at all times. That means the notebook I have with me is going to get wet frequently and take a beating in my pocket. This notebook is perfect. Rain/sweat have no effect on my written notes or my ability to write. The pages are thick which prevents tearing. The cover and binding are quite sturdy, rather than getting bent like cheaper notebooks. At 4x6 inches this fits in my cargo pocket without a problem and gives me plenty of writing space. If you are going to carry the notebook in your front pocket I'd suggest the smaller 3x5 version. The ruler on the back page was not something I thought about but has come in handy several times.
No, this is certainly not the cheapest notebook available, but it is a reasonable price for a high quality product. If you are using this for field work, it is probably worth the cost. My work notes are certainly more valuable to me than the couple extra bucks spent. And really, how often do you fill up a notebook? I only go through one every month or two so it's not very costly.
You cannot use gel type pens with this notebook, only normal ballpoint pens or pencils. I suggest using a Fisher Space Pen, it works very well with this notebook (also available on Amazon Prime for under $10)

Wet proof is great
Color: Blue, Size: 6 Pack
As a nurse, I am able to put this in my scrub pocket and make notes as I go along. I also write down my patients' meds so I can refer to it when the computer is not available or not with me. Since it is wet proof I can sanitize it when (and not if) it gets something on it. I use a ballpoint pen and have used a pencil and none of my writing gets smeared or erased by the disinfectant wipes. Since I have these books stored securely in my locker if something comes up in the future with someone I can refer back to them for answers not found in the chart. I use my book when I am giving shift report which is very helpful when I have to tell the know-it-all nurse every little detail because she wants to eat breakfast instead of reading orders and notes. Some of my coworkers have also ordered their own books. A great product and very durable.
