The Mouse (SEMA3C) Semaphorin-3C ELISA Kit measures Semaphorin-3C in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse SEMA3C antibody. SEMA3C present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse SEMA3C Antibody is added and binds to SEMA3C in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SEMA3C antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse SEMA3C. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Great set of skincare
This set of skincare designed for men comes in an attractive box that is designed for gifting. The products are all high quality. My favorite of the set is probably the eye cream since it’s unscented and is very moisturizing for the eye area even though it’s not a very heavy cream. The face scrub is not harsh but it’s a gentle exfoliating cleanser. The face moisturizer doesn’t irritate my face and absorbs quickly making my skin smooth.
