The Sheep (IL-1A) Interleukin 1 Alpha ELISA Kit measures Interleukin 1alpha in Sheep samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Sheep IL-1alpha antibody. IL- 1alpha present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Sheep IL-1alpha Antibody is added and binds to IL-1alpha in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL-1alpha antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Sheep IL-1alpha. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

There appears to be a chat option but there are no responses. Reading other information, I’ve decided to try a metal comb. So now I’m waiting for that to arrive. If it wasn’t so difficult to deal with the size difference, I would have simply returned them. I may still and just purchase a return container.
