A stunning example of an iridescent ammonite fossil of the species Caloceras johnstoni from North Somerset, UK.

The matrix measures 172 mm (6.77 inches) across and the ammonite measures 90 mm (3.5 inches), which is large for this species. The shell sits in the original limestone matrix in which it was found that has been shaped and has a cut-flat base to allow it to be displayed freely standing. The ammonite is very well preserved and has been prepared out of the rock to reveal the shell, which displays some beautiful green iridescence that changes as the viewing angle changes. Green is the most sought-after colour on these fossils and they are rarely found in this condition. 

These fossils are highly sought after and very hard to find. They are preserved in the same way as the famous Canadian "Ammolite" ammonites that are turned into valuable gemstones. The fossil weighs 658 grams. These fossils make great unusual gifts and each one is totally unique.

Around 200 million years old (Hettangian, Early Jurassic), this fossil would make a wonderful addition to any collection.

Easy Install - Looks like the Original

Both of these filters, cabin and engine are really easy to install at home with NO tools needed and at a fraction of the price that dealers charge. These filters are for a Subaru Impreza and look almost identical to the originals and fit perfectly. Cabin filter installation is by dropping the glove box - detach damper rod and unclip sides. Unclip filter cover behind glove box and remove/replace filter checking airflow direction is the same as the old filter. Reinsert glove box and push up to locate side clips. Re-affix damper rod and you're done. Engine filter is equally easy. Unclip air filter housing (not necessary to remove entirely) slide out old filter and insert new on in same orientation. Re-attach clips and done. Took me 10 minutes to change both filters. Longest part was emptying all the cr*p out of my glove box. Good quality filter, easy to install and saves time and money. I bought a second set for a Mazda CX-5 non turbo and quality was the same. Installation exactly the same as above for the Subaru
