The plate has been pre coated with Porcine PPARG antibody. PPARG present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Porcine PPARG Antibody is added and binds to PPARG in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PPARG

The Porcine (PPARG) Peroxisome Proliferation Activated Receptor Gamma ELISA Kit measures Peroxisome Proliferation Activated Receptor Gamma in Porcine samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Porcine PPARG antibody. PPARG present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Porcine PPARG Antibody is added and binds to PPARG in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PPARG antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Porcine PPARG. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

the problem with these "cooling" pillows is any cooling effect is almost completely negated by a pillow case. this particular pillow is cool to the touch, but completely useless as it flattens out completely, way too soft I think for anyone. I would not recommend this "NASA" pillow for anyone for anything. Maybe for 10 bucks, but certainly not what they ask for this. I did keep it though. It is "cool" but only for a moment and your flipping it around like any other pillow. also way too soft. BUt, it has been cool enough to get me back to sleep.
