The Rat (KLKB1) Plasma Kallikrein ELISA Kit measures Plasma kallikrein in Rat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rat KLKB1 antibody. KLKB1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat KLKB1 Antibody is added and binds to KLKB1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated KLKB1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat KLKB1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I have the dark green sheets and bought these for extra cases to match. I would give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that they smell absolutely horrible. I wish I could accurately describe what it smells like— it’s just not good and for some reason, body heat only exacerbates it and makes the smell even worse and I wake up feeling like a smell like the sheets… which isn’t a good thing.
