The AEM 22-489P Performance Short Ram Air Intake System has been engineered to be an affordable and easy way to boost the horsepower and torque of your engine. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced with this AEM air intake system which was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Mazda Miata Mazdaspeed models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air filter is protected by a heat shield which is designed to protect the filter from hot engine air in order to preserve horsepower gains. The sound your engine makes when accelerating is also modified to a fuller, more aggressive resonance allowing you to hear and feel the horsepower upgrade. The intake tubing is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable chrome-like finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices including the mass airflow sensor and engine breather hoses. Included in this kit is a high-flow AEM charge pipe to boost turbo gains. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. Works great BUT if you make this purchase go ahead and order handle extension because if you don't it will screw your low back up big time. Like I said works great cut great but I haven't tested the run time yet.

Edged entire corner lot with a sidewalk on one charge of the batteries.

Excellent. A bit heavier than my echo gas weed trimmer for reference. Fair balance but it is a bit of a workout. The good thing is I can edge a 10k sq ft corner lot in about 1/3 the time. On the corner, I have both sides of the sidewalk plus the curb side to do. I've owned gas edgers before also. This comes in comparable to the price I paid for one of those 20 years ago so I would also say a good if not very good value for the buck. It was not an initial edging but 1st maintenance for the year and rather overgrown. Didn't even use one full charge on the edger.

Works really well. Cit through my Saint Augustine grass like a breeze and it is super thick. Very happy with purchase. Battery has good life, charged it for a full 24hrs before use and it last a long time. They send 2 blades and the battery with charger which is a huge plus because everything else I looked at you had to purchase those separately and it was just as much as the edger. This is a great deal and worth the money. Highly recommend 👌

Edging made easy

Surprised how well this works.
I was looking for no cord for long driveway. The battery takes a bit to fully charge, but lasts for the entire job. The levels for depth make edging around d flower beds or raised beds easy- not really a trench, but gives a good edge.
Lightweight and easy to manage. Definitely lighter than my corded edger.
The blade is sensitive and the guide to keep it steady along concrete is not great- just need to make sure you watch closely or it will spark when it hits the concrete.
