Rough Country's Forged Upper Control Arms feature a solid, 1-piece design made of forged aluminum for superior strength and durability. This forged design outperforms all other types of arm construction, with no welding weak spots that could bend or break. High Strength Ball Joints. Rough Country's Forged Upper Control Arms feature POM ball joints for a greater range of motion offering more wheel articulation than standard or OE replacements. These ball joints feature a Polyoxymethylene ball race with an extremely low coefficient of friction for longer life, and a larger ball diameter to improve range of motion with a maintenance-free design. Each ball joint is fully greaseable. Rough Country's Forged Upper Control Arms also feature durable rubber bushings rubber bushings for superior quality and durability. Installation. Featuring a 100% bolt-on installation process, an estimated timeframe of 3-4 hours is recommended to complete this full installation. The bottom of the arm hole isn’t straight down, flush with the shirt. It angels outward. If you lift your arms up it looks odd. I should have ordered an extra small. But even if I do that, I still think the arm hole will look odd. I will likely return this or wear it at night or at the gym with yoga pants. The shirt is a tad bit long. If you wear short shorts, the shirt would cover your shorts.

It's hard for me to find the "perfect" tank. I've tried so many. I feel you would be wise to give this tank a try. Worst case, you return it. I love the orange one so much, I plan to purchase all the colors for this hot summer coming up. I wish all of you the same happiness I have found with the Automet tank top.
