- Two dry wells are sized for 12 x 20 pan service and are designed for dry operation.
- Individual 3,500 BTU burners provide independent heat control for each well.
- 22 gauge 430 stainless steel top and body deliver durable commercial construction.
- Includes an 8-inch polyethylene cutting board, gas pressure regulator, and adjustable plastic feet.
- Galvanized undershelf and tubular legs add storage support and stability.
- Wet operation requires Eagle spillage pans #302027 or #304141.
