Simply place it on top of the regular cooking grid of your Holland Grill and it gives you more grilling space when company's comin'. It's ideal for cooking baked potatoes, apple pies, breads, etc while the cooking grid is full of steaks or burgers. Although not quite as hot as the regualar cooking surface, you can cook food on the half grid because of Holland's constantly rolling heat. When you don't need it simply take it off and store it out of the way. It fits on any full-size Holland Grill.
