And then biotinylated Rat GPER1 Antibody is added and binds to GPER1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated GPER1 antibody. After incubation unbound

The Rat (GPER1) G-protein Coupled Estrogen Receptor 1 ELISA Kit measures G-Protein Coupled Estrogen Receptor 1 in Rat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rat GPER1 antibody. GPER1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat GPER1 Antibody is added and binds to GPER1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated GPER1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat GPER1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

In the end it was necessary to remove it and substitute another toy. The bully on the picture looks like a twin of my own pup. I did remove loose slivers and pieces that could be chewed off immediately. I am attaching a pic of the pre-disposal remnants for clarity. This is a tough toy but again, not indestructible.
