Also produces small flowers but grown mainly for foliage. Can be lightly pruned if necessary but tends to grow naturally into an attractive dome shape. Ideal for the border or larger container. Extremely hardy as originates from New Zealand but foliage will damage with colder north or east winds.

If planting in a container it is best to double pot so that the roots do not easily damage in severe winter weather.
