The UISP-FIBER-XGS is engineered for maximum throughput and compatibility. It features a single SC/APC port for the incoming XGS-PON fiber connection and a powerful 10GbE RJ45 LAN port for the local network. This LAN port supports a wide range of speeds, including 100/1,000/2,500/5,000/10,000 MbE, ensuring seamless connectivity with your high-end routers, switches, and workstations. The unit supports both bridge and router modes for flexible network integration and is managed centrally via the Ubiquiti UISP application (version 1.5.7 and later), allowing for streamlined deployment and monitoring.

These are the same design. the stitching is close, the pattern in the leather is the same. But they are so much cheaper. There is no real leather. It's all synthetic. The sole is not the same quality of rubber. The stitching is not as good. They look fine, brand new, yet I am sure they will not last. these are cheap. They also cost less, so I guess they are an average value, but I am very annoyed.
