Organic Cacao NibsCacao nibs are the roasted, shelled version of the cacao seed the same seed everything we make starts from. Most of the time we process them further into chocolate, but leaving them whole has its own rewards. We source our organic cacao nibs directly from our partners in the Dominican Republic the same cacao we visited in 2017 and 2018, and plan to return to soon. They're freshly roasted, winnowed, and sealed to lock in their full flavour and aroma.

Toss them on morning yogurt, blend into a smoothie, fold into granola, or press into your favourite cookie dough. They earn their place in any kitchen.
