Advanced Performance & Quiet Technology
Next-Generation Airflow: Features a completely redesigned blower fan system that maximizes performance while operating at significantly lower noise levels compared to traditional systems.
Advanced Condensate Management: An integrated system effectively evaporates up to 3 oz. of water per hour. This renders the external drain line a secondary safeguard rather than a mechanical necessity.
Precision Thermal Differential: Maintains a consistent 30°F temperature differential, capable of holding a perfect 55°F cellar environment provided the condenser intake air does not exceed 85°F.
Liquid-State Monitoring: Includes a specialized bottle probe that measures the actual temperature of the wine, allowing the through-the-wall cooling unit to react to liquid thermal mass rather than ambient air fluctuations.
