DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults, adolescents, and children 6 and over: For anti-nausea use, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before travel and, optionally, every 4 hours as necessary.
Other uses: Take 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach.
