Elderberry is used in Herbal Medicine as an alternative to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes in adults. Helps to support immune function.
Recommended Dosage: Children (5-9 years): Take 1 teaspoon per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents (10-13 years): Take 1 teaspoon, 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents and Adults (14 years and over): Take 1 teaspoon, 2-4 times per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
