From the late 1960s onwards, the Argentine conceptual artist Mirtha Dermisache (1940-2012) produced numerous publications, containing marks that resemble writing in both its handwritten and typographic forms. Although the pages of these works imitate familiar graphic forms, most famously in the case of her newspaper "Diario 1: Año 1" (1972, with several later reprints), the signs of which they consist do not convey semantic content. Her work is therefore often contextualised as "asemic writing". The publication brings together three academic contributions by Regine Ehleiter, Megumi Andrade Kobayashi and Barbara Bausch, as well as an artistic contribution by Sebastián Barrante, all of which deal in very different ways with the ways and possibilities of "reading" the work of the artist Mirtha Dermisache.

Love this! Sturdy and elegant
I have a small selection of jewelry pieces I wear but I needed something that would keep them all together in one place. This jewelry box is fantastic! And It fits two pairs of sunglasses on the bottom compartment. I like that there’s a little tab to help pull up the top part. It was actually a bit bigger than expected which is a good thing. And still small enough for traveling. The necklace tabs are sturdy and hold them in place. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Get Bejewelled
This box is very nice. It feels sturdy. The color is true to the product picture and the material feels nice. The size is as expected. This was a gift for a young woman; she loved it and that it was cute enough to "fill space" while also being functional.

Great for travel or countertop
I ordered 9 of these for my four girls and all my nieces- in two of the nine, the trays sunk in without holding up, the others were great! I love how I can keep them out and they look pretty, or pack them away in luggage for easy transportation!
