Die STIHL 3/8” P Picco Micro 3 (PM3) ist eine komfortable Sägekette mit hoher Schnittleistung, die sich besonders für Privatanwender, Gartenbesitzer und Handwerker eignet. Durch die schmale Schnittfuge, den Niedrigprofilzahn und die schmale Treibgliedstärke von 1,1 mm arbeitet sie rückschlag- und vibrationsarm und ermöglicht dadurch ein angenehmes, leichtes Arbeiten. Sie passt ideal zu kleineren Sägen mit geringerer Motorleistung wie der STIHL MS 170 sowie zu Akku-Motorsägen wie der STIHL MSA 220 und ist gut geeignet, um kleinere Bäume zu fällen oder stärkere Äste zu zerkleinern – mit einem gleichzeitig feinen Schnittbild. Insgesamt ist sie eine robuste, belastbare Einsteigerkette.
