Beschreibung: Der Uten.Silo RE ist ein vielseitiger Wandorganizer, der 1969/70 von Dorothee Becker entworfen wurde und aus recycelten Materialien hergestellt ist. Mit Fächern in verschiedenen Formen und Größen sowie Metallhaken und Clips optimiert dieses Design die Aufbewahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Büros, Küchen, Werkstätten, Badezimmern und Kinderzimmern. Dorothee Becker (1938-2023) studierte Sprachen in Frankfurt und München. Nach Aufenthalten in London und Paris zog sie 1960 nach Kalifornien. Einige Jahre später kehrte sie mit ihrem Mann Ingo Maurer nach Deutschland zurück und führte bis 1989 eine erfolgreiche Boutique, die praktische Objekte für den täglichen Gebrauch verkaufte.
