The cowslip in mythology — a plant that, tucked behind the ear with the right disposition, shows the way to the Otherworld. The world beyond the visible world; the realm of dreams, premonitions, and the unconscious. I named my painting of the cowslip "Hello Beauty" — quite simply, just as the cowslip itself is simple. It was one of my first works with plants, from 2008, and — now that I write about it, I realize it for the first time — it truly entrusted me with the key to the gate into the world of plants.

Back then, I still had my studio in Mooseurach, a beloved place whose unspoiled natural surroundings profoundly influenced my work. The grandchildren and great-grandchildren of this little cowslip are probably blooming there again right now. I picked the ancestor, brought it into the studio, and drew it with a Japanese brush onto a degreased copper plate, filled the drawing with aquatint dust, burned it in, etched it, removed the stop-out varnish and carborundum, mixed the colours, inked the plate, wiped the surrounding area with gauze, laid a sheet of dampened laid paper over it, added several layers of felt, and printed it on my hand press. (There's a short tutorial on the aquatint technique on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiw9XWqKRtE&t=78shttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiw9XWqKRtE&t=78s)

Once the printing plate has been created, it can be inked in any colours and interpreted in different ways. Here are two examples. The print in apricot and red is offered framed for 520.-. The yellow version is available as a large-format pigment print. Prices available on request.

¿Snake oil? At least it worked for me
Style: Modifier, Style: Modifier
Very cheap compared to buying it locally, here in my country. Used the Ceratec with the Leuchtlauf High Tech oil. 143K miles on my 2.5 mk6 Jetta. It started to make some tappet/lifters noise, very minimal but it was there. As soon as I started the engine, and about 30 minutes in , I could clearly hear the difference. How I heard the difference? With the hood closed now I can barely hear the engine, unless I put my ear close to the grille. Now I only hear the working injectors. Totally recommended. Can’t speak about gas consumption, I’ll have to drive 500-1000 miles to speak confidently. Recommended for giving older engines a longer lifespan. Update: After 15 days or so, and about 150-200miles later, I noticed my Jetta’s engine feels lighter and smoother. No placebo effect, it’s just there. Since I bought two Ceratec bottles, I used the second bottle on a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with the Mivec 2.0 engine. These engines are quite noisy, specially the injection noises, and I had a very concerning lifters ticking. I did my oil change yesterday, and today the ticking is gone, all I did was use Liquimolys engine flush, Valvoline oil and the Ceratec. I’ll post an update if I get better fuel economy and smoothness on my Mitsu.

Durable and well fitting
Durable and well fitting. I drive a Honda Accord 2014 and when the under engine covers started falling off I used these to replace the ones that came off. They work well and the prying tool made replacing the retainers easier.

This product has many different sizes making it easy to fit clips in other parts of the car.
I was working on my grandson Honda. It was missing the plastic clips to hold the fender liners in place. This worked great and helped hold the fender in place. I used the puller tool many times on other plastic parts on the car.
