Fast täglich hielt er die Landschaften seiner Umgebung oder auch Interieurs in klarfarbenen Aquarellen fest. Seine malerische Begabung haben alle drei Söhne geerbt. Besonders Sohn Heiner setzte sich als Nachlassverwalter dafür ein, Hesse auch als Maler bekannt zu machen. Als dieser 2003 starb, hinterließ er zahlreiche Aquarelle, Zeichnungen und Illustrationen des Vaters.Die Publikation arbeitet diesen Bestand erstmals auf, präsentiert und diskutiert das gesamte Spektrum des bildnerischen Schaffens von Hermann Hesse und stellt es in einen biografischen Kontext. Auch der Briefwechsel zwischen Vater und Sohn wird beleuchtet. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fondazione Hermann Hesse Montagnola entstanden, enthält der Band unter anderem Beiträge von Volker Michels, dem Herausgeber des Hesse-Gesamtwerks beim Suhrkamp Verlag, und von Silver Hesse, dem Enkel des Dichters.

I absolutely love these watches! They are built like a tank. They can take a lot of abuse and still keep great time. I originally was going to buy just one to replace my old watch. Ended up buying several of them. Great gifts. The watches are beautiful and elegant, and I feel like a thief when I buy them because the price is so low I think its a typo. I have gotten several compliments on them when I wear them. I have busted up concrete and cleared heavy terrain ,cleaning areas out, wipe then off and they look Like I just took them out of the box. The only thing, and it's not a big deal to me.But the glow in the dark arms don't last long. They even give you the tool to adjust the wristband. Who does that🤣 The Quality of these watches are phenomenal BUY ONE! You won't be disappointed.

Very handsome well-made watch comfortable to wear.

Very handsome watch. At first glance, it resembles a Rolex. In two days I’ve gotten multiple compliments. Several have asked if it was a Rolex. That’s hardly what I was going for, in fact I had to look up Rolex watches to see what was being referenced. The watch fits very comfortably.

Good watch for a budget, color is good. The pins holding the link together tend to wear out and fall out. Other than that it worked good.
