Die Fotografien, Videos, Installationen, Skulpturen und neuen VR-Arbeiten von Louisa Clement (*1987) beschäftigen sich mit den Phänomenen der Körperlichkeit in Zeiten politischer und gesellschaftlicher Unsicherheit. Die künstlerischen Untersuchungen von Clement, ehemals Meisterschülerin von Andreas Gursky, erweisen sich dabei als ebenso verführerisch wie abgründig: Was ist der Mensch im digitalen Zeitalter, in der die Integrität des Körpers durch vehemente Eingriffe der Medizin und Technik zunehmend in Frage gestellt wird? In beinahe surrealer Manier beschwört Clement in ihren ausschnitthaften Fotografien ein neues Bild des Körpers, der zugleich für die ambivalente Vision eines ≫neuen Menschen≪ steht. Mit Hilfe ihrer Fotografien, die durch Smartphonekameras entstehen, wird nicht nur die Abbildfunktion des Bild-Mediums, sondern auch die Realität des technisch modifizierten Menschen in Frage gestellt. These are just good basic cotton swabs and honestly work just as well as more expensive brands I’ve bought before.

We reorder this item frequently. The cotton content is excellent and is thick. It doesn’t pull off easily. The quantity in the box is plenty to get our family of four through a month. If you have skin sensitivity, these are for you. We have sensitive skin in our family and have no concerns with this product. This product cleans well and the shape of the actual cotton tip holds well.
